Class Policies and Information

Attitude

Come prepared to have fun! As well as learning to dance, it’s a time to focus on YOU. Leave the stresses of work, family and the world at the door---along with cell phones and pagers.

Additional Classes and Make Up Classes

Students may make up missed classes by attending any of the other classes within the session. Refunds are not given unless a class is cancelled.

Guests

Parents/friends are welcome to observe the class; however, please remember the class is for women only and not a spectator sport for male guests. Participation requires registration. Please do not bring small children to the class.

Attire

Be comfortable!! Anything that will not restrict your movement (shorts, t-shirts, leggings, sweats, leotards) is fine. You may wish to tie a scarf around your hips to show off your movements. We dance in bare feet, socks or soft-sole dance shoes. Street shoes may not be worn on the dance floor.

Weather

Well, it’s the Midwest and we tend to have some. In the event of bad weather, you may contact us by phone (see contact info below) for an update on class cancellations, if any. A Level 2 weather alert automatically cancels Toledo classes. Your personal safety is primary, so please do not risk injury to yourself or others if road conditions in your area are difficult.
