This is the perfect class for me! I’m in my 60’s, with some stiffness, especially in my hip, and I found that this type of dancing keeps me loose, tightens the back end and whole abdominal area, and, most of all, is fun and not stressful or intimidating. Aegela has a wonderful way of making you feel beautiful!
